Comau has completed the acquisition of Automha, an Italian company specializing in automated warehouse and intralogistics systems. The move is part of Comau’s strategy to expand into high-growth markets, building on its expertise in industrial robotics, digital automation, and human-machine collaboration technologies.
With this acquisition, Comau significantly enhances its portfolio of scalable, high-performance logistics solutions, while reinforcing its Italian roots and operations.
Automha will retain its current structure: Franco Togni will remain CEO, and Gianni and Roberta Togni will join Comau’s Executive Committee. The partnership brings together complementary skills, allowing both companies to collaborate on projects and expand their global customer base.
According to the CEOs of both companies, this deal opens new opportunities for growth, innovation, and global leadership in advanced automation—particularly in the logistics sector.
