Plastic Systems S.r.l., an internationally recognized company in the field of systems for the treatment, dehumidification, and dosing of plastic polymers, and part of the Pegaso Industries S.p.A. Group, announces that, effective July 30, 2025, the company’s leadership will be assumed by Eng. Rinaldo Piva, current President of the Pegaso Industries S.p.A. Group, who will succeed Mr. Gianfranco Cattapan.
This handover marks a step in the company’s natural path of continuity, aimed at strengthening the Group’s managerial structure and reinforcing strategic alignment among its various business entities. Eng. Piva, already serving as President of Pegaso Industries S.p.A., brings with him extensive experience in the industry and a proven leadership within the Group, and will now lead the operations of Plastic Systems with a clear and integrated vision for industrial development. “I take on this role with the commitment to enhance the team’s expertise and Plastic Systems’ international focus, continuing with determination to deliver quality, reliability, and responsiveness to our customers,” said Piva.
Full operational continuity is assured for clients, suppliers, partners, and collaborators: contracts, conditions, commercial contacts, sales and after-sales services remain unchanged.
