Following the inauguration of a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in China in 2025, this new opening confirms GVS’s commitment to strengthening its international presence and meeting the needs of global markets. The modern, innovative facility brings together production, laboratories, cleanrooms, warehouses and offices under one roof, reinforcing GVS’s focus on innovation, sustainability and operational excellence.

The choice of Lancaster is no coincidence: its proximity to the M6 motorway and the city centre ensures optimal accessibility and visibility, making the site an ideal hub for efficient logistics and fast connections. The new facility introduces cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to ensure precision and performance across multiple product lines, ranging from automated injection moulding and ultrasonic welding to the production of advanced filters and HEPA/ULPA mini-pleating.
Sustainability is an integral part of the project: the site is powered entirely by renewable energy and uses heat pumps to recover and reuse thermal energy. In addition, landscaping initiatives and water management systems help reduce environmental impact, further strengthening GVS’s commitment to responsible manufacturing.
