Effective April 1, 2026, Dirk Musser will take over as Managing Director of KraussMaffei Technologies, the injection molding machinery manufacturer within the KraussMaffei Group. The appointment marks a significant leadership transition as the company positions itself for the next phase of growth in a highly competitive global market.
Musser currently serves as Head of Group Transformation at KraussMaffei and brings more than two decades of international management experience in industrial and technology-driven businesses. In his new role, he will be responsible for further strengthening operational excellence, driving strategic development, and advancing innovation across the company’s injection molding, automation and additive manufacturing activities.
He succeeds Jörg Stech, who will step down on March 31, 2026, at his own request after three years in the position. During his tenure, the company navigated a period of stabilization and strategic realignment, reinforcing its financial foundation and competitive standing in the market.
With this leadership change, KraussMaffei aims to build on the progress achieved in recent years and accelerate its transformation agenda under Musser’s direction.
