At Fakuma booth, we will be running our Moonlight PBB: a horizontal flow-wrap machine equipped with brushless motors (each one of them driving a specific function of the machine).
Moonlight is available in different versions: for polyethylene film or heat sealing materials, with top or bottom reel holder and in stainless steel version.
This packaging machine is the ideal solution to wrap plastic dishes and other disposable products, such as lids, plastic cups, dishes and cutlery.
Technical features: speed up to 60 pck/min, product width from 20 mm to 380 mm, poduct length from 50 mm up, product height up to 200 mm, bag length from 50 mm up, film reel width 600 mm (optional 900 mm), extended sealing time is adjustable by PLC.
The forming tunnel can be adjusted by the handwheel. Top or bottom reel-holder up to 900 mm max reel width. The cross sealing jaws can be adjusted by height. The machine is delivered with an easy-to-use keyboard control panel. The control panel is placed on machine’s frame.

The machine is also available with a wide range of accessories: automatic feeding systems, high speed cup counter system, labellers, printers and gas flushing systems.
