Star Automation Fakuma

This Autumn Star Automation will be once more welcoming its customers in its historical position at Fakuma exhibition in Friedrichshafen, but this time, there will be more.

Since last year many changes have occurred in Star Automation, starting from the assignment of Mr. Shoji Ishibashi as new Managing Director from the mother company in Japan. And more, the assignment of Eng. Michele Niero as new Sales Manager and major changes in the Sales Department have been like a breath of fresh air for the company, which still maintains as its primary target the satisfaction of its customers, achieved day by day through the quality of Japanese products and that of aftersales services, nowadays increasingly aiming towards Industry 4.0.

In addition to a solid sales & assistance policy, just like in the past decades, this year brings to Star Automation also a new image, that represents visibly and efficiently the push towards the future that has always characterised it. The crown jewel inside this wave of changes is the new website www.star-europe.com, where, in a world as orange as the company’s official color since 2001 (when Star became completely autonomous from Piovan), it is possible to confront with immediacy and simplicity the several robots and automated systems range, to know which services are offered, and to find a nearby distributor or agent.

The new website is obviously responsive, and therefore easily consulted from mobile devices, but for those who wish for even more ease, Star Automation Europe new application is also available since last summer on Apple and Android stores: this application allows to stay connected with the company in any moment and to take a look at Eins catalogue (with more than 1600 components for EOATs) and at the robots’ technical sheets.

These sheets have been renovated, too, as well as the brand new company profile you can receive if you visit Star’s booth at Fakuma (Hall A7, number 7115): so the change is not only involving the web, but also paper material up to business cards. These and many other news are thus defining Star Automation’s new face: a dynamic reality that, as the slogan for 2017 declares, considers “moving forward” as its leitmotiv.
