NISSEI PLASTIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., (Nagano, Japan) under the leadership of President Hozumi Yoda, along with its affiliate NEGRI BOSSI, located in Milan, Italy, are set to showcase their products at K2025, the largest global trade fair for plastics and rubbers, which will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany from October 8 to 15.

The upcoming display will feature six new-generation injection moulding machines and smart factory-ready technologies, serving as the foundation for efforts to realize a circular economy on booth n°15C22. The group will unveil the latest technological innovations aimed at the European market, centred on minimizing environmental impact, achieving high-efficiency moulding, and supporting smart moulding factory through IoT.

– Achieving High-Efficiency and Low-Environmental-Impact Moulding with a Cube Moulds –

Moulding of food containers and lids will be demonstrated using a cube mould crafted by PLASDAN, a mould maker based in Europe. It efficiently moulds two types of components using a single moulding machine. The demonstration introduces an environmentally friendly moulding technique that optimizes the moulding process and minimizes material waste, contributing to the realization of a circular economy.

The newly designed standard screw improves stability in processing PETG containing 30% regrind runners. It is also featuring NISSEI’s innovative hybrid “X-Pump” system, which provides exceptional energy efficiency and long-sustained pressure holding capability, along with a direct pressure clamping mechanism that ensures mould-friendly and long-lasting reliable performance.
