Integrated Pump Rental has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Atlas Copco Group annonunced that the acquisition of Integrated Pump Rental (“IPR”), a specialty rental provider of dewatering solutions in South Africa, has been completed.
IPR is headquartered in Johannesburg and has 18 employees. The company provides fully outsourced dewatering solutions through rental of pump and ancillary equipment. In 2023 IPR had revenues of 5 mln euro.
The purchase price is not disclosed.
The business has become part of the Specialty Rental division within the Power Technique Business Area.
